Pavilion with barbecue and dining for 12 people, the river that runs through the back yard, fully equipped kitchen and last but not least generous rooms equipped with bathroom and TV are some of the advantages of this exclusive locations. In the courtyard area of 1200 sqm you can relax enjoying intimacy definitely want.

In the kitchen put at your disposal electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, two fridges, crockery cutlery and glasses for 12 people. We provide free of charge for table napkins, napkin roll, kitchen cloths clean, pure, sponges and dish cloths us (changes after every group of tourists), washing supplies, paper coffee filters.

In living tourists are offered an LCD TV and a DVD with 5 + 1 amplification can watch CD, DVD or listen to music in mp3 format including stik.

The rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, double bed with two bedside tables, wardrobe and mirror.
